Ms. AlBazzaz, Partner, supports public sector and non-profit clients on a broad range of issues including transportation, appropriations, defense, environment, and infrastructure. Ms. AlBazzaz works closely with management to administer day-to-day and long-term internal operations, and plays a leading role in facilitating firm and client-led charitable and political engagement. Ms. Albazzaz is also responsible for providing research and administrative support to the Chairman, including developing proposals and implementing firm-wide strategic plans.

​Prior to joining Alcalde & Fay in 2013, Ms. AlBazzaz worked for Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA) and Congressman Alan Grayson (D-FL). Ms. AlBazzaz’ previous experience also includes work at the non-profit organization Ashoka, as well as the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.

​A native of the Washington D.C. area and fluent in French, Ms. AlBazzaz attended Washington International School, where she attained the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. Ms. AlBazzaz holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
