Patrick Gagnon, Of Counsel, yields government relations expertise drawn from close to 25 years of political experience as an international affairs consultant, policy advisor and legislator at both the provincial and federal levels of government in Canada. As a Member of Parliament, Mr. Gagnon served as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Solicitor General of Canada. Recognized for his keen understanding of the legislative and procurement process, he is often called upon by organizations for his counsel to conduct business with both public and private interests throughout Canada, the United States and abroad.
Mr. Gagnon obtained a degree in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Québec, Canada and further pursued studies in literature and international politics at Sorbonne University in Paris, France. He serves on the board of the Institute for Public Affairs of Montreal and the Canadian Association of Former Parliamentarians.
